Security deposits are at least the same amount as the rent
Must pay 1st. months rent & security deposit before

The 2nd. months rent will be pro rated.
In order to hold a property you must put down a deposit.
The first qualified applicant who pays a deposit will be
the first in line.
We do not rent to you if you've ever been evicted - no
